Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within7 days from the date you receive it. Please note that not all lingerie items are returnable. See the restrictions below. Some items are returnable only if a manufacturing defect is found or for store credit only. Refer to the individual product descriptions for return information on specific lingerie items.
If your return qualifies follow the steps outlined below.
You must email us at sales@passion-boutique.co.uk before returning your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Simply return your unused and undamaged item(s) with all original tags attached and in original packaging to the returns address given in our reply email within 2 days of approval. Your return approval will provide you with further instructions.
Please note:
All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in their original packaging. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in other than new condition and cannot be returned or exchanged. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receiving your purchase. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges:
If you want the item(s) that you are returning in another size or colour you must also contact us within 7 days stating your new requirements and then return the items after receiving a confirmation email from us detailing the procedure.
Defects in Workmanship:
Although this is not a common event - if you happen to receive an item with a defect in workmanship contact us immediately for return.The item can not be worn or washed to claim a defect.
